“When I retire, I’m going to travel the world.” How many times have you heard that? Maybe you’ve even said it yourself. Stop it! You don’t have to wait until you’re collecting social security to enjoy the rest of the world. We will show you how we’ve visited a few dozen cities around the world – many with our two little ones. We will share some of our favorite foods, interesting cities and bucket list experiences.

This is our family of four. Saleh is an elementary school teacher. Asmaa is a civil engineer.

We (for now) live and work in Los Angeles. We consider Abu Dhabi our second home because we lived there for four years and both of our children were born there. Egypt is also dear to us as Asmaa has roots there.

One thing that keeps us traveling is that you always find something in a city – even within the same country – that you’ve never seen anywhere else. Since 2010 we have visited some popular and some of the less known cities around the globe including: New York City, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, San Diego, Las Vegas, Portland, Anchorage, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Mecca, Dubai, Muscat, Kuwait, Doha, Beirut, Cairo, London, and Dusseldorf.
